In Zakynthos pastry shops you can find cakes with creams, chocolate, fruit, nuts, almonds and cinnamon. Bugatsa is a superb puff pastry stuffed with cream and covered with icing sugar and a cinnamon. Coffee is an amazing drink to end your meals with. In Zante coffee is prepared in a special manner. Coffee dregs are slowly allowed to settle at bottom of the container. Coffee without sugar is called pikrò, and with sugar they call it mètrio or sweet glikò.
